Nine months later, the mother of Birmingham firefighter Jordan Melton is returning to the scene of the crime and asking anyone with information in her son’s death to come forward.
The Stallions, who are now 5-0 on the season, will be back on the road next week at the Memphis Stallions. Kickoff is set for Saturday, May 4, at 11 a.m.
Keithen’s family are the ones providing the additional reward money and they remain hopeful it will encourage someone to come forward and help them find the person responsible for killing their loved one.
According to program leaders, the lack of affordable childcare makes their partnership with Mississippi Action Progress and the grant they received to offer early Head Start even more crucial.
