The Webcams are down for years now. Why does nobody take care? And why is there always the information „temporarily down“❓️❓️❓️

Someone needs to take an interest in this camera location and place a real "live" camera here that works. White horse is a very nice place from what I've seen, so you need to spend the effort and put up a real live camera to share your town with rest of the world.

I'm wondering whether there's a web cam., showing the actual Whitehorse downtown: traffic, people or anything else in the movement..?
Clicked on some link, but it showed like a picture only.. not a video.
